Interested in becoming a Storm volunteer?
Story: 11 June, 2012 | Words: Storm NC

Carn Brea Storm is one of Cornwall's most exciting sports clubs and is constantly undertaking new ideas and ventures to ensure we continue to grow and develop as a club.

Volunteers are the lifeblood of our club and recruiting volunteers is essential to our future.

You don't have to play to be a volunteer, there are plenty of roles in our support team if you want to be involved in the club in a non playing capacity. These range from officials, team managers, secretaries and treasurers to scorers, timers, kit washers and refreshment makers.

The club also has a busy social calendar and we're always looking for volunteers to help out with organisation and participation in social events. Just look at the picture above, I'm sure you'd like to be a volunteer at one of our cake bakes!!

Storm has a Volunteer Coordinator, who is Maggie Moore, and she can help you if you are interested in getting involved with the club.

We've got plenty of opportunities for volunteering so if you're interested Just visit our contact page and drop a short email with a brief outline of what you would like to get involved with.

Being a volunteer at a club like Storm can be extremely rewarding and a chance to meet some lovely people who are already involved with the club. So come on, what are you waiting for, get in touch and get involved!
