Summer Training 2018

Storm will be back to training on July 4th as preparations start for the new season.

Summer Fitness Training takes place on the Athletics Track at Carn Brea Leisure Centre throughout July.

Year 8 and younger will train from 5:30pm before the Seniors (Year 9 and older) start training at 7pm.

Training will be a mixture of fitness, strength and conditioning plus ball skills.

Dates for club trials will be released shortly. Indoor training takes place on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays depending on age group and squad selection.
