Storm players will be back to training shortly as preparation for the new 2015/2016 season commences on Monday.
With the pre-season break over it’s down to fitness training before the players move back inside in August to prepare for the start of the season in September.
This season the fitness sessions with be led be Ben Gregor who’s the Assistant Strength and Conditioning coach at the Cornish Pirates.
Ben joins Storm for the summer sessions and then will continue to work with the first team squad when the players move back inside.
“We’re delighted the Cornish Pirates have offered Ben to come and run the conditioning side of our training,” said Head Coach David White. “It’s going to be such a huge bonus to have a professional like Ben who’s used to working with full time athletes running our fitness sessions.”
Sessions take place every Monday evening:
U13 Players – 5:30 – 6:45pm
Over 14s & Seniors: 7:00 – 8:15pm
