Hat and spider at Storm's Spooky Halloween Fundraiser

Spooky Halloween Fundraiser

It’s time to get the mixing bowls out as Storm is holding its Annual Cake Bake. This time with a Halloween theme and it’s being held at our Fundraising Bingo Event.

Storm will be holding its annual Cake Bake at a special spooky Bingo Fundraiser on Sunday 1st November 2015.

Following successful bakes in the past the club is hoping for another splendid turnout and lots of scrummy cakes for people to buy.

These are two of our regular fundraising events rolled into one to celebrate the only reason Halloween was invented…. Because it’s ORANGE!!

The event is being held at Illogan Village Hall with doors opening at 1.30pm and eyes down for the bingo at 2pm.

We have a separate room for all of the delicious cakes, sweets and treats that you make to be sold throughout the afternoon as the refreshments and there will, of course, be teas/coffees and soft drinks.

Entry is free so bring your family and friends. You will need to buy your bingo book on the door to take part in the bingo and buy your fill of cake!

As always with our cake bake all sweet treats MUST be homemade and this time themed Halloween style!

Fancy dress is optional but if you want to get into the mood of Halloween then please do!

There will also be a prize for the best carved pumpkin so bring along your effort to decorate the room and the best one will receive a special prize.

At our last bingo event the hall was full with the amazing support you all give so make sure you get there nice and early and get your seat in time for eyes down!

So get your mixing bowls out and get baking some nice, but scary cakes.
