Storm Netball Club - Sponsors & Official Partners 2010/2011

Storm Netball Club would like to acknowledge the kind generosity of it's sponsors and official partners for the 2010/2011 season. Without the support and expertise of local businesses the netball club couldn't survive. All our players and coaching staff thank you very much.

Having been an official sponsor of Storm from the beginning, Bu-Mar is now entering it's fifth consecutive season of sponsorship for the club.

The company has taken the option to be the club's official tracksuit sponsor for three seasons, 2008/09, 2009/10 & 2010/2011. All Storm senior teams will be wearing Bu-Mar branded tracksuits for all league games and club events.

In 2007/08 Bu-Mar supplied the successful Storm Under 12 team with match skorts.

They also offer bespoke images for commercial and private customers. Stunning landscape photos can be purchased as high quality prints, or to use in magazines and brochures.

Andrew Trenoweth is Storm's Official Photographer and can be seen snapping away at all Storm's league games plus many of the club's friendlies. He did his first full season with the club in 08/09 after joining in January 2008.

Since then KHK Media were Storm's Official Matchball sponsors for the 2008/09 & 2009/10 seasons. The company supplied all of the club's matchballs for those two seasons.

For the 2010/11 & 2011/12 seasons KHK Media is one of Storm's main sponsors and the company logo will be seen on all the Senior match dresses plus the new jackets that the Storm support team are wearing.

Andrew ensures that with the quality of his photos Storm's website and marketing material is emblazoned with high quality action photographs.

Magic Jellyfish builds stylish websites and also has designed and maintains the official website for former Casualty actress and Strictly Come Dancing star Georgina Bouzova plus Sky & BBC Presenter Caroline Feraday.

Prices are extremely reasonable, the work is stylish and efficient and they offer maintenance packages to enable you to have your site constantly updated and relevant to your visitors.

The company also undertakes video and media production for web and DVD.

The Downes is sponsor of Technical Warm Up Shirts for all of Storm's Senior teams for the 2010/11 season.

Mining and Management Consultancy (MMC) is an independent mining consultancy, incorporated in 1991, providing management and technical services to mining and mineral projects throughout the world. Commodities covered, to date, include: diamonds, gold, base metals and coal.

The company was set up by Stephen Lay, a qualified mining engineer, graduate of the Camborne School of Mines, Chartered Engineer and Fellow of the Institute of Materials, Minerals and Mining. Stephen has 30 years of experience, 13 of which are in the Cornish Tin mines.

MMC initially took up the option of sponsoring Storm 2 for two seasons, 2008/09 and 2009/10. Since then Stephen and Carol enjoyed coming to matches so much they have renewed their sponsorship for another two seasons, 2010/11 & 2011/12. Mine It is one of Storm's main sponsors and the company logo appears on all Storm senior match kit.

Kukri Sports is the club's supplier for all match wear. The new support team jackets and coach's jackets are all now supplied by Kukri.

Storm first used Kukri for the 2008/09 season and the players loved the kit so much we have stayed with the company ever since and plan to for the forseeable future!

Kukri's gear is stylish, very well made and long lasting.

Jessie Maguire runs The Muscle Therapy Co, and is Storm’s massage therapist.

Jessie is trained at degree level, and is qualified in five therapies.

Now specialising in Sports Massage, Jessie works with some of the most experienced Sports Massage therapists in the county to deliver the highest quality of treatment to Storm Netball Team.

Pre-event, Jessie prepares the team for their best performance during competition with pre-event massage, which is invigorating and stimulating, and is provided to improve suppleness, stamina and focus, and prevent injury.

Post-event massage allows Storm’s skilled players to recover more quickly, so they can continue training sooner. This is significant for competitors like Storm, who’s intense training between matches is key to their success. Sports massage gives the team more confidence through its physical effects, so they can focus on training hard, and winning.
