SAIRA O'DWYER

Saira began training with Storm at the end of the 2005/06 season and played in a few friendlies before becoming a regular for Storm 2 at the start of the following season.

A former England Youth trialist, Saira was vice captain of Storm 2 before stepping up to full captaincy for the 2007/08 season.

A tireless worker on court, Saira is also a squad member for Storm 1.

She is also running the London Marathon for the first time this year. www.marathongirls.co.uk
