Storm December Cake Bake and Sale! |

Storm is calling on all budding bakers and chefs this December as we're holding another cake bake and sale.
On Friday 9th December we'll be meeting (and eating!) in The Lounge at Carn Brea Leisure Centre ahead of the Storm 2 v Newquay 2 game that night. Bev Bradley has kindly agreed to run the sale for us so if you can cook, and we know you can because the selection at our previous cake bake was extremely impressive, then I'm sure she'd love to hear from you. We're looking for people to make mince pies, cakes, flapjacks, fairy cakes, in fact anything sweet and edible! Then bring them along to The Lounge at 7pm on the night where we're hoping to have a tremendous variety of goodies to sell to raise money for club funds. You'll be able to take a selection home to munch or alternatively grab a cake to eat there and then! We won't be selling coffees this time but the Zest Cafe will and that is literally across the corridor. The event starts at 7pm and will continue until 8:10pm. Straight afterwards at 8:30pm Storm (2) will be playing Newquay (2) in a Division Two match down in the Sports Hall so what better way to finish off the night than cheering on the girls complete with cake and coffee! |
