The Storm girls were out in force in Truro on Saturday to raise some funds with a day of bag packing.
The club was booked into Marks and Spencer on Lemon Quay in Truro for six hours worth of assisting with customers' bags.
From 10am the girls were busy helping pack bags and talking to the customers as they went through the tills.
With the Storm girls standing out in their bright orange kit no one could miss them!
With three tills open early on it was soon time for the lunchtime rush and all six tills opened.
The Storm girls were all extremely polite and willing to explain all about the club to the customers.
Holly Filkins and Rebecca Hocking even managed to explain the rules of the game to an American visitor who didn't understand the difference between netball and basketball!
The six hours raised a fantastic £543.16 and a big thank you goes to Andy and Bev Filkins for organising the event with M&S.
Storm secretary Sadie White said; "All the girls did a great job and fundraised a terrific amount of money. They all said they enjoyed their stint at the tills and were a credit to the club when talking with members of the public.
"We'd like to thank Marks & Spencer for allowing us to come in and especially the staff in the food section who were lovely to us all day!"
One lovely lady didn't have any shopping but after talking with the girls kindly put a £10 note in the donations tin!
Another gave a single donation of £20!!
