Storm's players began their summer beach training with an intense session at Portreath.

Lisa Head jumps to block a shot against Lastonet

Youth and Senior players train on the beach in the summer months to improve fitness ready for indoor training ahead of the new season.

Portreath Beach looked stunning as the sun went down and the players enjoyed working on their speed, stamina and core stability.

Andrew Trenoweth, Storm's photographer, was on hand to catch the girls working out with the sun providing the amazing back drop.

Beach training continues every Monday night with Youth players at 6.00-7.15pm and Senior players (14+) from 7.30-9.00pm.
