A former County level player, Gemma was out of the game for a while before training with Storm in the autumn of 2006.

She soon made her mark and started her first league game for Storm 2 in November 2006. At the end of that month a vacancy became available in the first team and Gemma was drafted in for her Storm 1 debut away to Liskeard Tigers on 30th November.

She remained in Storm 1 and since then has forged an excellent shooting partnership with Sadie White.

Gemma is currently 3rd in the Storm All Time Top Scorer chart and is closing in fast on 2nd place.
