Storm continued their good start to their Division 4 campaign with another strong performance at Redruth School.
A solid opening 15 minutes when Storm went in 16-5 ahead set up a comfortable win.

Lisa Budd along with Jenny Evans, who was playing her 30th game for the club, had a fine game in the defensive circle and limited Bodmin's scoring opportunities.
Sadie White and Gemma Irwin continued where they left off in the Falmouth game and caused lots of problems in attack for the Bodmin defence.
Storm won the first three quarters 16-5, 12-4 and 12-7 but some silly errors started to creep in to their play in the last and they lost that one 12-8.
"I was pleased overall with the win," said Storm coach David White. "It was a bit disappointing to lose the final quarter when we lost concentration a little but that's a tough game out of the way and to come away with the win is very pleasing."
Storm 1 now face a really tough friendly away to Connect 2 on Monday 22nd October at 8:30pm.
The team's next league game isn't until Friday 14th December when they go to Falmouth 3 at 8:15pm. |
