Storm 2 suffered their third consecutive defeat but put in a much better performance against Predators.

Storm led the match at the first quarter (5-2) and at the half (11-8) but unfortunately couldn't sustain the lead in the second half.

Beth Andrew stood in a Goal Shooter

Beth Andrew started her first game at Goal Shooter after a late withdrawl from Kerry Shears.

Sadie White, who took the team due to David's panto commitments (!), was pleased with the overall performance. "I thought the girls put a lot of effort in and really worked hard it's just a shame they couldn't hang on in the second half."

"Defensively we were much stronger and Beth played well in her first time at Goal Shoot."

Storm 2's next match is the return game with Predators at home on Friday 18th January at 8:30pm.
